• Make sure it is well packaged. 
  • Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class will be fine to return the fan. 
  • We suggest not bothering with special delivery. We will cover it if it goes missing. 
  • So long as you get a receipt (proof of posting) we will automatically cover any losses.
  • If you choose to send by signed for service or courier then the cost is to be covered by yourself. 

  • There is no need to return the fan blade. Please include the hub and screw in the screws into the hub.
  • Make sure your name and if possible order number is included somewhere. A quick note will be fine.
